Through a structured set of assigned peers, mentors and managers, our interns are introduced and advised through each step of their Konrad experience. Interns participate in regular and impromptu check-ins to address any questions, issues, and successes. Be it client introductions, project onboarding, or coffee machine tutorials, someone will always be there to help.
